Explanation: If you are leading people at any organization, then you are always under pressure. The people above you are setting stretch targets and are always expecting results from you and want you to deliver as soon as possible. Your team expects you to care about them, support them, have a good relationship with them, and make their lives easier, And you need to do all of this and handle this pressure while you are usually busy doing your own tasks which are not directly related to your team.

Explanation: here I work with teams to assess their engagement levels, their relationship with their manager, and how they collaborate with each other as well as the other cross-functional teams.

Based on the outcome of the assessments, we decide which area of the following we will focus on and improve, or if we are going to focus on all of them together:

The process:

Step 3: Have a second call with you to present our ‘‘preliminary’’ game plan.

Step 4: Once we reach a common approval of the preliminary plan, I will submit the official paperwork to you and your company for approval.

Step 5: After approval, the meetings and/or calls in the first 3–6 months (sometimes more and sometimes less, depending on each case) are focusing on diagnostics and confirming if the preliminary assumptions of the client that he/she shared with me were right.

Step 6: revisit the game plan and make necessary adjustments and present it to the client.

Step 7: Start behavioral change activities with the team following the PDCA cycle.
